11 – WARRANTY POLICY

All products sold come with a warranty, unless stated otherwise. If you discover that a product is
faulty after delivery, please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the product. Kindly provide us with the following information when you contact us:

Your full name, best contact telephone number, address, and, importantly, your email address.

Tax Invoice or Order Number.

Any relevant serial number(s) for the item.

Detailed reason for the return, including any steps we can take to replicate any fault where applicable.

Upon receipt of the item, Umart will issue you a Return Authority (RA) number via email. Our Warranty
Team will then evaluate and test your item and might reach out to you for further information. Depending on the situation, we will attempt to repair the item(s). In certain cases, we might need to refer your item(s) to the manufacturer for additional testing and guidance.

For repair purposes, goods may be replaced with refurbished goods of the same type instead of undergoing repairs. Refurbished parts could be employed in the repair process.

Once we receive the item, Umart will provide you with a Return Authority (RA) number via email. Our Warranty Team will test your item and may contact you for more information. Depending on the circumstances, we will attempt to repair the item(s). In some circumstances, we may need to refer your item(s) to the manufacturer for further testing and advice.

If it's determined that the product isn't faulty and is working as expected, or if it's found that any
defect or damage occurred after you took possession of the item(s), we will send the product back to you at your expense. You will be accountable for any costs connected to the testing and/or return of the item(s) to you in such a scenario.

Please be aware that during the testing process, your data might be lost, damaged, or deleted. It's
your responsibility to back up all your data and programs before returning the product to us. We won't take responsibility for any data loss or loss of installed programs.

12 – WARRANTY TURNAROUND TIME

All warranties become void if a returned product is determined to have been mishandled, incorrectly installed, modified, tampered with, abused, physically damaged, or operated under incorrect voltage, among other conditions.

The duration of warranty claim processing depends largely on the third-party repairer involved. While we will make efforts to expedite the process, please understand that the time required for a warranty claim encompasses several steps: our time to test the item, shipping to a qualified repairer, the repairer's own testing and replacement/repair, and the return shipping to us.

We do not offer advanced replacements under any circumstances. Please take this into account when placing your order.

For items that are critical for mission-critical tasks—such as running a business, using them for exams, or hosting pre-organized events—you should verify if the product comes with a replacement period or consider purchasing from a provider that offers instant replacements.

Thinkbox Solutions assumes no responsibility for the contents of data or the security of data contained in any returned goods. Our workshop operates under strict guidelines that prohibit interactions with customer data. Despite this, customers should back up their data before sending goods back to us, as data could be lost during our testing process. Additionally, once the device is sent to our supplier, it's beyond our control. We do not offer data recovery services.

We retain the right to modify or cease the Service, or any portion or content of it, at any time without prior notice.
