Change of Mind Policy

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, companies are not mandated to accept returns solely due to a change of mind. While our primary aim is to offer exceptional customer service, we understand that situations can evolve, leading you to reconsider a purchased item. In specific cases, we can consider accepting the item as a 'Change of Mind' return.

Returns Policy

For your item to qualify for a return, it must remain in the exact condition as when you initially received it. This involves keeping the item unopened, unused, with all labels securely attached, and within its original packaging.

Should the item not meet these specific conditions, we regret to inform you that it cannot be accepted for a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorisation will not be accepted.

Any items needing to be returned, must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you carefully examine it for any damages or issues. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns for items that are on sale or have been specially ordered.

Exchanges

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Our products are sold in their current state and do not come with included support for installation, setup, or usage guidance. To prevent any additional charges, we advise that before proceeding with a product return, you make an effort to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
