Return Policy

Thinkbox Solutions may allow returns for credit at its sole discretion, but in any event: (a)
requests for return and credit must be made within 14 days of the invoice date and will be refused after that period.

• All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

• If goodsare to be returned for credit due to incorrect supply or faulty goods, please return them to us via the correct channels and add the cost of freight on your credit request. We will not be responsible for any other freight charges.

• Goods accepted back for credit may be subject to a restocking fee. All on sale and special-order items are non refundable as these sales are final.

• A credit will not be processed unless all the information has been completed.
